i have been unable use indesign cc past 3 months. assume partially due upgrade of mavericks mac. have thought 2 major companies could, sake of customers', talk 1 in order avoid mess has evolved in past few months.   i've listed several problems have idea going on software. i've been experiencing problems latest ubuntu stable releases. i've installed 12.10, 12.04.1 , 11.10 usb, , function fine in liveusb mode. however, after installatio n, when attempting boot either 12.10 or 12.04.1, kernel panic within first few seconds of selecting ubuntu grub. caps lock light flashes, , option hold down power button on laptop switch off. 11.10 boots fine (i'm typing now), windows vista. laptop getting old, , have bought replacement, far know, there no hardware faults beyond battery lasts 5 minutes. it's been 2+ years since following dev releases of ubuntu, i've forgotten of learned. here's lspci in case helps: code: 00:00.0 host bridge: intel corporation mobile pm965/gm965/gl960 memory controller hub (rev 03) 00:01.0 pci bridge: intel corporation mobile pm965/gm965/gl960 pci express root port (rev 03) 00:1a.0 usb controller: intel corporation 82801h (ich8 family) usb uhci controller #4 (rev 03) 00:1a.1 usb con

i have been trying import form designed in ms word 2010 tabled containing word developer dropdown fields livecycle designer es3. os windows 7.   the process fails.   the importing word document begins converting tables , within few seconds receive message "adobe livecycle designer word import filter has stopped working. problem caused program stop working correctly. please close program."   there several dropdown fields in word document few 30-40 options select from. assistance appreciated time required recreate fields in livecycle take @ least full day.
