Black Screen

when prompted web page print pdf message , black screen:

 

there problem adobe acrobat/reader.

if running, please exit , try again. (1:9)

 

running acrobat pro 11 on mac os.

any appreciated.

if have not done updates acrobat may issue (like running 11.0.0?). suggest 2 steps should able done menu -- 1) repair , 2) updates. maybe resolve issues.
