Characters into schedules and reports

hi, , great program! been using fd long time, after testing adobe story week, go 1

however, i've been experience problems:

1.when create new schedule or report based on script, story seems include characters dialogues. not include characters withouth dialogue still in scene. there way solve problem?

2.when inside script, i've experienced troubles regarding tags. first of all, 46 (or 47, don't remember) tags implemented dissapeared , can't seem them back. how do that?

3.when mark/headline word in script text (for instance character named "chris") want tag character in red...how come doesn't affect words in entire script involving "chris". why have carry out same procedure again , again on same word?

struggled bit there explain, hope understand

1. can specify non-speaking characters in scene through scene property panel (view menu > scene properties panel). in characters tab of scene property panel find options 'edit' , 'detect' non-speaking characters of scene.

2. 1 reason have attached blank tag list project (you can verify opening tag list edit menu). default document contains 46 tags if 'tag list' has not been assigned project. if assigned, document in project contain tags present in tag list.

3. sadly, yes. story not have functionality automatically apply same tagging information occurrences of word.

you can try out autotagging feature (file > tagging > start autotagging). in feature story try automatically tag words fit under default 46 tags.

i hope clears of queries.
