Can't get SSO with NTLM to work

hi!

im using adobe connect 9.1.1, , have followed instructions activate sso ntlm in installation guide:

* synched user-accounts ad, using ldap

* changed login policy use account-name instead of email

* changed authentication mode use ldap-authentication

* added ntlm_domain=mydomain (tried normal name, windows 2000 name, etc), "9.1.1\custom.ini"

* added ntlm_server=ip of ad-server, "9.1.1\custom.ini"

* modified appserv\web\web-inf\web.xml, have uncommented ntlm-section , commented out header-section

* restarted "central application"-service , "meeting"-service

it works if manually log in ad user/password on normal adobe connect login-page. sso wont work.

if log on server ad-account , open internet explorer , go login-page, first shows windows standard "login domain" popup. type in correct account-name , password, redirected normal adobe connect login-page .

see "no_access_no_login" in "logs\access.log"

my adobe connect services installed on windows 2008 r2 server, , ad installed on windows server 2012. problem?

any appreciated!

thanks.
