Why does Adobe have SO MANY PROBLEMS it cannot fix or even address?

i never undestand how human beings design such cool , effective programs photoshop , not figure out way design site handle flow of information between users , creators. whole web site going mall , inside no separate stores aisle upon aisle, counters splashy invites , offers , absolutly no staff.

 

when pose question example, "ask question" , "ask" button takes window have ask again, time text box of features in word processor...bold, indent, etc....which not need ask ******** question!

 

and questions not answered in timely fashion. hint adobe....make product beta tested, efficent, not buggy before send out buying public. convert pdf-to_word function wants convert the  word document in reverse, last line in pdf shows first line in word document. if there "button" click on end enable fix on end, why not see it...what possible function anyone?? , if bug why not addressed before spent money, have deal on end, have post question after question join list of other fools waiting answer posted days ago.

 

adobe...people use products because trying earn living or trying satisfy creative requirement. not have latitude "sell" have more trouble using using benefit us. not have latitude "knowlegeable techie in control" @ expense of "non-geek trying accomplish in market place." need fix **** before goes out, design program complexity explained within program , quite offering features designed capture 1-10,000.
