Troubleshooting a Vobulator Error, Line 332 - Chapter Marker Problem? Is Beginning of Timeline OK?

hi, getting vobulator error on encore cs6 project...

 

"internal software error: vobulator\title planner|cvobuplanner.cpp, line 332"

 

i have spent couple hours tonight reading forum discussions can on trying troubleshoot problem.

 

first question have regarding advice of "no chapter markers on end of timeline".

 

does beginning of timeline qualify "end" should not have chapter marker on?

 

i have 1 timeline in project 18 chapters in it.

 

the first chapter @ beginning of timeline - seems logical me put chapter 1 in @ start.

 

but maybe wrong, since begining of timeline starting point of dvd?

 

but how can label start (i.e. want lable "act 1") if don't use chapter marker?

 

also noticed chapter 1 marker got moved in 1 second point after transcoding. set chapter in premiere pro cs6 @ 0:00:00 point.

 

some details on encore cs6 project...

 

1 video timeline in encore, dynamically linked premiere pro cs6

no menus

no other graphics

intent auto play on loading, , stop @ end action, chapters in between skipping around user.

i error when try build dvd image. no errors when building bluray image.

 

premiere pro cs6 project...

 

raw video shot 1080p24 video canon vixia hf s21

a few cross disolve transition @ beginning , end

a few graphics @ beginning (but have used of these same graphics in other encore projects without error).

yes, not having chapter marker @ end refers end @ end. not end @ other end.

 

while logically question one, encore puts chapter marker @ beginning whether want 1 or not. , 1 way problem think  you've faked encore out putting first chapter marker 2 frames in.

 

you can label encore's chapter 1. thought had wait till in encore, in cs6 @ least, can name in premiere,

 

if seeing chapter @ 1 second; may have 2. in test, encore not move marker when transcode.

 

be sure not seeing poster frame marker.

 

and may different chapter marker or other problem throwing error.

 

i assume there 1 premiere sequence on 1 timeline, correct?

 

from description, accidental chapter marker close one.

 

i start on new encore project.
