Sign in problem


when try sign in creative cloud desktop receive "you've been signed out"

you can try these steps:

 

1: open activity monitor/task manager spotlight , end adobe related processes. may find processes aamupdater, aamupdater notifier, adobe crash demon process.

2: open finder window, select go>go folder option, type in ~/library or c:/user/user name/adobe/oobe , hit enter.

3: navigate application support/adobe/oobe/. or c:/user/user name/adobe/oobe. folder.

4: delete opm file under oobe.

5: rename oobe oobeold.

6: check if have aamupdater in same location.

7: please rename aamupdaterold.

8: click on gear icon on creative cloud desktop app , choose quit creative cloud.

9: launch it, sign-in , click on apps tab.
