received order confirmation today newegg.com apple tv. order did not place. name on order indeed mine, , order showed in order history. credit card being used purchase not mine, however; nor address overnighted to. luckily caught it, cancelled , promptly changed password. part infuriates me whole situation newegg's stance on issue customer service representative. following chat conversation in entirety. if want laugh, make sure read end:

have cancelled order , promptly changed password, feel better if close account altogether. how can delete account?

be wary of these people. not feel better @ after having conversation them. in fact feel worse now. maybe overreaction, take type of issue seriously. i've never had issues newegg in past. looks i'm buying locally on. thing fry's right down street...

ha! that's funny. ordered $50 worth of thumb drives guys yesterday. store, in experience. i've never had problems.
