How do I put a SolidWorks assembly (.SLDASM) into Adobe Acrobat XI Pro?


i watched video on adobe tv called "adding interactive 3d models in technical documentation."  in video, solidworks assembly file (.sldasm) dragged acrobat 9 pro extended create 3d pdf.  have tried in acrobat xi pro, keep getting error message file either of non-supported file type or damaged.  there way around problem?

3d conversion capability in acrobat xi handled adobe partner named tetra 4d. provide acrobat/reader plug-ins 3d capability.
