Accessing Adobe FormCentral from different computers

i purchasing formcentral move around quite bit , work in different locations , @ different computers.

 

i wondering if can access logging in @ different sites? nb these computers networked work large multi-site organisation 

 

also if want this, need buy licence each computer might use (ie setting on computer require downloading program computer or cloud based?

formscentral not tied single computer @ all, can sign in computer, anywhere.  complete cloud service/solution.

 

the "exception" have mention since can confuse users - adobe acrobat professional xi comes desktop application formscentral, not come subscription service, desktop application allows acrobat user create forms , save them pdf.  desktop application is, acrobat is, tied computer/s installed on (acrobat can installed on 2 computers). 

 

however acrobat note above has nothing can use formscentral service if have paid subscription, paid subscription service (regardless if have acrobat or not) have access computer can access internet from.
