Form with multiple signatures, each with sigDate, only one date fills

i have form 2 signature fields, sig1 , sig2.  each sig field has associated date field sig1date , sig2date.

 

i have topaz signature pad, form users physically sign document.

 

when first signature entered (in either sig1 or sig2), associated date field autofills expected.

 

when second signature entered associiated date remains blank.

 

i have other forms vendors 6 signature fields, each dates, each date fills signatures entered... doing wrong?

the problem must in way form constructed. there must javascript associated signature fields autofill date, , perhaps working on sig1 not on sig2. if sign second signature field first, date field populated? know other people able sign both fields in same pdf , have both dates populated? sceptic that. imo more question author of pdf signing.
