Best VOIP audio settings - problems with participants hearing each other

hi everyone. have searched around bit can't seem find recommendations on best settings in adobe connect (and/or recommendations on server location) best possible voip experience participants.

while little dropouts in voip audio occur (and can expected when participants leave email open in background , internet gets congensted second etc...) regularly have problem participants on voip cannot hear each other well.

for example, today hosted session in brisbane, australia. hear 2 participants - 1 in sydney , 1 in perth - quite clearly. barely hear each other. happens quite bit - loud clear participants host , presenter, struggle hear when unmute training participant ask me question via audio - end having repeat said other participants.

any tips on how can strengthen voip audio between participants themselves? important when want use break-out rooms. break-outs work great when on phone, when group on voip, participants complain couldn't hear each other in breakouts.

i have had participants run audio set wizard, close software , use headset - basics covered. and, besides, can hear them loud , clear. participant participant audio problem. tips on settings have in preferences box or else doing great.

many thanks,

dave

hi dave

could try using voip speex codec enabled in preferences->microphone option. problem faced attendees seems bandwidth issue. speex codec consumes lesser bandwidth. please try once in meetings , let know if helped

thank you
