Thread: wrong version libraries

hi
after more 3 days struggling repair ubuntu 12.04 amd64 , fixing 1 problem , find problem again, today find out in system there libraries ubuntu 12.1 , have installed because have ubuntu quantal (12.1) mirror enabled in update sources.
main problem exist partial upgrade warning! , when want install packages depend on 32bit libararies give me error says ia32-libs cannot installed. when tried install ia32-libs , dependencies found out many of dependencies exist in system not appropriate version!
when tried install dependencies through synaptic saw installed before version not ubuntu 12.04 , ubuntu 12.1!

when want uninstall them , install appropriate version again synaptic says has remove of packages in system because many of them depend on libraries.
there way repair issue?

it may take long time, , may not work, try disabling the 12.10 mirror repos in sources, using synaptic see if can use menu, package ->force version option each of problem libraries.

may turn out far difficult, surely worth try.
