Printing forms


the information printing forms confusing me. please tell me how save form excel sheet , able adjust cells printing, don't have hundreds of pages.  when download "save excel" tells me wrong format , should open , save differently.

i don't know how that, because not let me open it. don't know saving it, able open it.

i not used computer info others know.

when go view, , print layout mode, tons of pages 120 responses.  shows 3 or 4 cells on each page across each person, , on next page.

i see list of responses, can check various things each person's reservation.

one page, said click blue ruler adjust settings..  nothing happens when click blue ruler.

 

i checked adobe pdf help,but still extremely confused.

 

does make difference if "contributor" instead of "co-author"?

i'll start contributor vs. co-author.  saving xls not factor.  type of user (free, trial or plus) set either co-author or contributor should able save responses xls.

 

to log formscentral account , open form.  go view responses tab.  in toolbar click on save excel button.  in resulting save responses dialog click on ok button.  click ok button again.  in save dialog click on save button.  should result in excel document being created.  should able open document in excel , format fields taste.
