Adobe Signature Invalid - What Gives???
i trying digitally sign forms application. click advanced, sign , certify, , sign document have. however, after signining, grey box pops says "there error when attempting commit signature. document not saved. file may read-only, or user may have open. please save document different name or in different folder." however, saving doc different name alreay, , it's not read or open someone else.
when close , reopen document, document digitally signed , signature looks has. however, @ top of page, there a blue signature panel says "at least 1 signature invalid." when click signature panel there option "validate all." however, when click it, nothing happens.
how fix this? i'm using acrobat pro 9 on windows 8.1

acrobat 9 not offically "supported" on windows 8.1 - acrobat 11.0.4 or later , acrobat 10.1.8 may have it. however, error sounds more windows permission issue. did problem start occuring after update?
