Thread: Hitman2, PlayOnLinux, 10.04

i'm trying best run hitman 2: silent assassin under ubuntu 10.04
managed playing flawlessly on 12.04 os under playonlinux
so
installed playonlinux on 10.04, then, installed game through without problem. told make sure game doesn't install directx ticked off option. tells me doesn't support fullscreen, of such don't turn on.
of that, , run playonlinux dashboard, small configure screen comes when press save , launch 1024x768 square box appears, no image inside, can't mouse on there , freezes.

changed directd3d.dll opengl textures inside game extremely poor, , there's no color whatsoever.
copied silent assassin folder that's on 12.04(where game works, it's working under directd3d) , still hasn't changed anything.

have game run in ubuntu 10.04
wine version 1.2.3

if running flawlessly on 12.04, why important running on 10.04?
