Will Adobe ever fix the UI text font size issues in CS6 apps?

having installed cs6 on new windows computer, find serious issues font sizes in user interface (and not in dreamweaver, in several--but not all--the applicaitons). you'd think 27-inch screen, font sizes wouldn't problem. , you'd wrong.

 

the irony text sized. commands in menus. example. menu names not. text of items in file tab correctly sized, name of file tab not. in manage sites dialog box, title bar text sized, text within, including button labels, not. in of these cases, text plain way small read. looks programmers made huge boo-boo: sized text in pixels, not no-no in web diesgn, no-no in applicaiton design.

 

because on 27-inch screen resolution of 1920x1080, ui text in dreamweaver plenty large , readable, while on 27-inch screen resolution of 2560x1440, ui text on applicaiton tiny read--and made worse putting text on gray background, reducing contrast, yet design no-no.

 

cc not option--and should not occasional user. not think of suggesting "solution."

 

this bug (did adobe testing on higher-resolution screens before releaseing cs6?), , 1 wonder if unique windows systems (as apple has had high-resolutiopn screen displays , imac lines quite time now). or uniquely windows 8 issue?

 

finally, there @ workaround? can find nothing in settings dialog box control size of ui text. perhaps there text-based configuration file modified change size of ui text. (yeah, having configured autoexec.bat, config.sys, win.ini, , similar files in day, know way around configuration files--if still used.)

what made think should complain adobe windows display problem?  adobe , microsoft 2 different companies competing against each other.

 

however, might have display problem , best way resolve going to:

 

control panel >> display

 

follow online instructions.

 

please not, go control panel within windows not dw.

 

hope gets started or can ask in windows forum on microsoft website.

up until 3pm yesterday, illustrator cs6 , photoshop cs6 worked without hitch @ 3pm, of sudden message 'could not place because source rectangle empty'. doing dragging 1 of our company logos photoshop illustrator .eps file holds our graphics. have done hundreds of timnes before , either way or highlight image in illustrator , paste photoshop. either way still getting error message.   nothing has happened in settings (that aware of) , google gives me numerous results of point @ fact may have corrupt .eps file. not case. if try , drag , drop or copy , paste various different fiele .jpg .png , .eps or .ai have same issue.   i uninstalled photoshop morning re-installed see if fix issue no such luck.   as is, affecting work , sure there workarounds ie. if go file/open , open file way works no eps file holds many seperate graphics once opened in photoshop, seperate images become 1 image.   can this? are getting problem when copying/dragging 1 specific illustrator document or affecti

Adobe Font Folio 7.0 or just 7?

someone deleted my question about adobe font folio 7. looking informations related adobe font folio 7 released march 13, 1995 , can not find ( not even a picture of original packaging). know if, later versions, called 7.0 or 7. thank much. i seem recall called adobe font folio v7.0 , , @ age memory fails me enough can't state under oath; quick google searck on precisely adobe font folio v7.0 returns bunch of hits on pirate software sites.  don't know if that's reliable enough you, until adobe staff chimes in, that's best got far.  More discussions in Type & Typography adobe
