How to get rid of sync error message


hello,

 

when first installed cc on computer, our company's proxy refusing connections adobe cloud servers , couldn't sync test file "test.indd".

 

from moment i'm getting "unable sync "test.indd" due server error" message.

 

after having determinated server ips adobe uses in amazon cloud , added manually exeptions our proxy server, syncing files worked. great adobe not giving server ips out , not helping @ all.

 

syncing files works keep receiving "unable sync "test.indd" due server error" message.

 

i have tried recreate file exact filename , sync again doesn't solve problem.

 

as paying customer (7 x cc teams licences) contacted adobe support , told me don't support server problems !???!!!!! , redirected me forum page http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html has nothing problem. can't find words describe customer support...

 

maybe there in community willing job of adobe support , me?

the tainted files still in local sync cache (or record of them). should somewhere in user folder, unfortunately have no clue since don't use of sync stuff , have not provided system information. on windows system that's somewhere in c:\users\you\appdata\roaming or so...
