Connect 7 Error after Upgrade to Connect 9
i have upgraded test environment connect 9 when log in adobe acrobat connect 7 profesional error. didn't when on connect 8. here error message in full

any ideas might causing this?
looks sql db issue. possible facing situation db scheme didn't update properly, or missed update. contact support , sql update scrips versions 7-9 , run those. see if resolves issue.
