Cannot Login To Creative Cloud Desktop App - All My Software Gone To Trial Mode


i using windows 7 on alienware laptop. having been using new creative cloud month or - have made 2 payments membership paid far. have had handful of times acrobat or application ask registration completed every time login account online see nothing needs completed. today cannot login creative cloud desktop app , software has gone 30-day trial mode. have no problem signing in creative cloud account online everytime sign in creative cloud desktop app says: "you've been signed out". please advise.

this worked desktop app: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-application-recognizing-available. html still being asked "register" or "update adobe id" when trying use app - have nothing update!!!
