Animated GIF with hover?

here animated gif can stop , start when hover on it. know how make them in psd not sure how hovering (scroll down see on page below):

if can in muse? requires coding or psd function? use psd cs4.

this setup possible in muse. please follow steps below :

1) first save copy of gif jpeg image image (with first frame of jif)

2) place blank composition widget , keep 1 trigger , target in (delete rest).

3) place gif in target , in trigger, use fill option @ top , fill tirgger container jpeg image.

4) select trigger again , using states option, need delete fill image rollover, mousedown , active state.

5) place trigger on top of target container , widget flyout opion, use settings shown in image below :

a long process should achieve effect.
