Thread: [OpenGL] Image doesn't fill the whole window

hi,
little app loads image 1.0f x 1.0f (from -0.5f 0.5f) texture , puts @ z = -1.0f in perspective view near projection plane width , height 1.0f x 1.0f (from -0.5f 0.5f) , near projection plane @ -1.0f.

hence thought image should fill whole window, fills in half of it.
idea reason?

screenshot attached.

build source install:
libgtkmm-3.0-dev, libglfw-dev & cmake.
app expects image "img.jpg" in home dir.

i haven't looked @ code, based on trying achieve think want orthogonal projection rather perspective. looking render simple images that?
