Need help choosing an organizer app and printing multiple photos of different sizes on a page

hi, new here. been capturing photos , scrapbooking 17 years now.

i moved on apple world first getting iphone christmas imac. have on 40,000 photos , have been keeping them on pc stored year, month etc. start using organizer lightroom, pse organizer.

i have been trying them out , of course have found things in 1 , not other. main concern photo printing @ home. , pretty never print normal size photo...i love squares.

i have been using corel , printing multiple size photos on 1 sheet of paper has never been issue. crop , edit , in printing set drag them 1 blank sheet , fit many on page can.

so far have found can in lightroom. pse doesn't give drag , drop feature pull photos onto black page , fit in many can. or maybe missing it.

i need please. want tag photos , organize them best can. but, printing way important me. time. have wanted move pse long time missing had in corel.

sorry long winded, brain explode after looking these apps last few weeks. or advice great. thanks!

that's way elements works, not in printing setup, directly in editing space, via layers can add, move , resize @ will.

maybe can point tutorials. using book 'the missing manual' of barbara brundage should in transition corel.

i use own layouts when want print books. way, elements goes farther lightroom when comes working layers , compositing. organizer need.
