Trouble with upgrading subscription from basic to trial or pro


everytime try upgrading keeps giving me error "your account registered tz. please sign in using existing account country, or create new account" , doesn't seem disapear no matter try or going through adobe shopping same.

 

need upgrade urgently , assistance highly appreciated!
