Membership Verification


i receiving notice there difficulty verifying membership (now @ 19 days left) yet have confirmation payment received. how can corrected? not happy if team membership turned off due error in adobe system. have emailed rep assited me in creating team account , have yet receive assistance in regard.

please go through steps :-

 

if sure there no issues billing then, can try sign out , sign in creative cloud desktop app.

 

here steps:

 

step 1: launch creative cloud desktop application.

step 2:click gear icon on top right corner.

step 3.click on preferences.

step 4.click on accounts> sign out.

 

you sign in option on app, sign in adobe id.
