Installation Error

i cannot install trial version of photoshop elements 12. when click on installer package error: "the installation package not opened. verify package exists , can access it, or contact application vendor verify valid windows installer package"

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
