Photoshop Elements 11 Editor Error 213:5

i using photoshop elements on late 2012 27" 3.4 ghz i7 imac 32 gb ram using osx 10.9.1. ssd failing , apple replaced it. when got machine back, learned backup incomplete , had reinstall applications. last week, got around reinstalling photoshop elements 11. enter serial , installs. organizer application runs fine. when try run editor, provides following error.

which reports problem slstore permissions.

 

i have verified permissions reported should be, , continue recieve same error.

 

what need eliminate error?

adobe support helped me via chat morning.

 

solution to;

 

1. go /library/application support/adobe/

2. info

3. select lock , enter password

4. select + under users in lower left

5. add administrator , username (and other users want use it)

6. set privilege read & write each of these users

7. select gear @ bottom, and

8. select apply enclosed items.

 

you can close info window , start program. should load expect.
