Glacially slow download of Premiere

i started downloading premiere pro creative cloud trial 5 hours ago , 13% downloaded.  i'm using week old imac.    ideas causing this?

 

here specs. 

 

processor  2.7 ghz intel core i5

memory  8 gb 1600 mhz ddr3

graphics  intel iris pro 1024 mb

software  os x 10.9.1 (13b42)

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
