Timecode effect not working in PP CC 721

i noticed timecode effect not working. use burn in tc translators. must have happened during 1 of updates. has else seen this? adobe, aware of this? i'm getting dot  instead of timecode. see pic. thanks.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
