Captivate 7 event video playback controls not working

hi,

 

i'm using captivate 7 , published mp4 event video limited playback controls (only play, pause, back, , close) on slide, since event video controls won't show once published. when publish html5 video (with or without seamless tabbing) controls not working. when click play video plays , can pause it, when want continue play, controls not working.

 

i tried use skins (clear, corona, , halo) given event video, can't pause video @ all, since controls not showing.

 

we need video play in html5 mode ipads , computers, we're @ loss controls. video has got limited play, pause, back, , close - no scrubbing or forwarding. ideas?

event video skin in captivate appear on hovering on video. not customizable. instead of event video, can insert video multi-screen video , keep on single slide. allow control video using default playbar skin can customize.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
