Brushes in EP 10

everytime open photoshop elements 10, default brushes change 2 different kinds, don't know how fix it, please help!

have tried reset tool or reset tools?  if not try going top left corner , this:

you clicking on small drop-down in corner.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
