After updating premier pro cc, it crashes during launch. What do I do?

hello there all,

 

i have been using adobe premier pro cc few weeks without problems after update premier pro cc , adobe cc,

 

 

premier pro cc keeps crashing during loading screen giving error "adobe premiere pro cc has stopped working".

 

i have tried, restarting, reinstalling both adobe cc , premier pro cc.

i have tried running administartor.

it leaves me in same situation

 

 

any appreciated.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
