Unable to load Mini Bridge or other extensions (PS CC 14.2 x64)

hello, few weeks ago ran update problems update adobe csxs infrastructure 4, , subsequent updates creative cloud app, photoshop , illustrator. updates not complete , not finish update creative cloud app sign in. adobe online tech, creative cloud app removed, adobe cleaner run, , cc app reinstalled. once signed in, uninstalled illustrator, downloaded , reinstalled it. after able finish photoshop cc update.

 

i've used ps cc quite bit since , seems well, except not able load mini bridge or 3rd party add in product. messages receive are:

 

mini bridge not launched because mini bridge extension not installed

3rd party product - onone - cannot complete command because extension not loaded

 

today (1/17) applied 14.2 x64 update hoping correct problem extensions did not. ps cc 14.2 seems work fine otherwise.

 

any appreciated.

i had same problem adobe had me install 3 new cepservicemanager4  folder third try worked. here wrote them

 

when ran help>updates there 2 updates csxs update , and photoshop cc 14.2.  both update installed photoshop extension mini bridge missing.

 

i able copy folder "adobe mini bridge 3"  rename "c:\program files (x86)\common files\adobe\cepservicemanager4 old\extensions" new "c:\program files (x86)\common files\adobe\cepservicemanager4\extensions" folder recover mini bridge extension.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
