"Error Loading Image"

i'm attempting learn edge animate cc on imac, running os 10.8.5. run serious roadblock when try import graphics project. i've used "import" command, , tried drag-and-drop, text message on "stage" says "error loading image." that's it. i'm "dead in water" , can't go further edge. believe ideal app projects have in works, it's broke. have checked , double-checked image files (jpg , png) , ok. work fine in dreamweaver. they're under 100k. ideas? thanks.

can provide sample image, others test.

 

how filenames labelled? can't begin numeric values, ie 1image.jpg

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows

hi   i have problem set of plugins developing. have 20 different plugins. after apply 10th plugin, gives following error on windows (cs6):   after effects error:creating resource file "....aex" ( 3 :: 0 )   i can have many instances of same plugin once have total of 10 different error comes up   one thing being enabled in plugin flag: pf_outflag_keep_resource_open   is culprit?   thanks in advance donj More discussions in After Effects SDK adobe
