Lightroom 5.3 adding noise when I use brushes, graduated filter. HELP

if see face iv used smooth brush , bringing out these noise spots. if try darken background totally unusable. iv never had these presets , brushes last 2 sessions iv had massive issues, happening on pics wouldnt think have issues , have never had issues before.
why happening new lightroom?!
lightroom 4 had none of these problems.

i used smooth brush way more needed bring out issue @ worst.

omg found issue! auto mask ticked , scewing brushes!
only 1 session need redo

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
