Is converting a .PDF to .DOC a "billable offense"?

i downloaded adobe download assistant convert .pdf .doc.  i'm looking @ pricing adobe export pdf.  did make wrong turn?  thought doing 1 month free use.  of have spent on 2 hours trying convert 2 pages pdf doc , "sign in here"  "sign in there"  gives?  in amount of time has taken, have printed out pages, typed them word document , not fiddling this.  ball in court!

the ball not in court of of fellow users answer questions in these forums, or in adobe's court, 1 not address adobe through channel.

 

adobe reader free software has never been able little more reading (opening) pdf files, , not convert them .doc ones. can conversion want using (paid) acrobat, there free 1 month trial. can subscribing (at price) pdf pack (ex exportpdf) service. adobe download assistant name says: download assistant cannot covert type of file other type.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows

hi   i have problem set of plugins developing. have 20 different plugins. after apply 10th plugin, gives following error on windows (cs6):   after effects error:creating resource file "....aex" ( 3 :: 0 )   i can have many instances of same plugin once have total of 10 different error comes up   one thing being enabled in plugin flag: pf_outflag_keep_resource_open   is culprit?   thanks in advance donj More discussions in After Effects SDK adobe
