adobe reader not working

i trying open page on uscis page message im getting:

 

"if message not replaced proper contents of document, pdf

viewer may not able display type of document.

i have downloaded still getting same message

have installed after downloading it?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
