Thread: Shortcomings of libreoffice

hello,

may controversial i'm not happy libreoffice, 'base' database software.

have logged posts on years asking hyperlink field types, , told not possible because of database engine used.

there complex workaround, want able move away microsoft access , have simple field type can use.

have views on or alternatives?

also, whilst know usability, feel disappointed lack of work on 'look , feel'. spend lot of time working convince people of benefits of open source, find office applications major let down.

you're not alone on it. libreoffice good, it's in no shape competing microsoft office. if you're working in base, chances you're working in corporate environment, suggest use access.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows

hi   i have problem set of plugins developing. have 20 different plugins. after apply 10th plugin, gives following error on windows (cs6):   after effects error:creating resource file "....aex" ( 3 :: 0 )   i can have many instances of same plugin once have total of 10 different error comes up   one thing being enabled in plugin flag: pf_outflag_keep_resource_open   is culprit?   thanks in advance donj More discussions in After Effects SDK adobe
