cannot use the font, why?

hi, have problem.

downloaded , instaled new font (black regular). can use on new file, cannot use on opened picture. says "could not complete request because sth prevented text engine beeing initialized" have do  if want use font on opened file?

i have windows 7

we know nothing other fonts , how use them. such issues common "bad" freeware fonts, may have remove of them. newly added font culprit if interferes font's usage.

Error 400 - Photoshop services are not available

After Effects error:creating resource file on Windows
