What does this error mean?

when open site error:

 

musejsassert:error calling selector function:typeerror:object#<object> has no method 'tobrowserwidth'

 

i getting in preview, ie9, ff , chrome, stopped still getting in chrome on mobile, ideas causing this?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
