Is it possible to output "item" instead of "value" from radio buttons?

i have pdf form created in adobe designer several hundred participants have filled out.  when export data using adobe professional, "values" radial buttons exported.  but, i'd prefer have "item" information radial buttons exported.  possible?  thanks!

you make either value same item text in designer.  can unclick box "specify item values".

 

or, if not possible reason, put hidden text field gets item text of radiobutton selected , binding on field instead of radiobutton.  workaround ...

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
