Stop Motion using photos + combining with video clips

we have 3000 sequenced photos want put stop motion video. add actual video clip beginning , end of stop motiuon segment. can done in premiere pro? if how? if not - other creative cloud programs should use , how?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
