Installion problem with Adobe Photoshop Elements 10

the setup first wants de-install, instead of installing adobe photoshop elements 10. confirm de-install, message : specified path empty , no installation.  prior adobe photoshop emelents version deleted manually computer , deactivation did not happen.

what needs done run installation?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
