Elements 12 install problem

latest macbook pro latest opsystem updates.

 

i have elements family v11 installed.  trying update elements v12.

tells me close appliction "elements autoanalyser".

i have not un-installed v11 - in case update doesn't work...which not.

 

have rebooted system same message.  cannot locate open. (cmd/alt/esc)

 

any appreciated please.

auto analyzer process, not application, never appears in force quit window. go applications>utilities>activity monitor , stop there.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
