Advice and help

my computer windows 7 pc brokedown , adobe kindly let me cross platform mac,  had on loan temporary. computer not repaired , ended buying new windows 8. bought pc because of creative suite.  installed creative design , found serial number no longer worked. on contacting adobe , told cross platform 1 off, , not change pc.  explained not told , given impression gesture of temporary able use mac until pc issues solved. had told me have opted maa. becuase not adviced correctly platform change once , bought pc. sadly have been calling adobe last 2 weeks unable through , when through given apologies , told matter has been escalated , hear adobe in due course. 3 weeks later , being kept waiting , no response, opologies!  have new windows 8 pc, , need serial number pc version of creative suite, can continue work can not reply. can 1 help? legal rights. have told adobe check conversations since record conversations verify story. if see adviced wrongly.  staff  wrongly advicedme  , misled in believing able continue using adobe creative suite on pc. stuck expensive creative suite package cant use,   , new pc . mac version not work either. totally stressed not getting positive response. please can 1 , advice?
