is there chance you've copied plug-ins or other components older version of photoshop current installation?

 

do have 3rd party plug-ins installed, , have made change in plug-ins recently?

 

it might helpful if you'd go help - system info, copy data, , paste in post here.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
