Acrobat Reader Xi Crashes for Multiple users when they attempt to "Save As"

i have multiple users here running windows 8 , acrobat reader xi (11.0.05) , when click 'save as' save pdf viewing, acrobat crashes every time.

is there resolution crashing probelm ?

i have tried uninstalling (using cleanup tool well) , reinstalling program,

i have tried rolling earlier version of xi

so far nothing has worked.

any insight or resolution appreciated.

uninstalled reader 11.0.5

ran acrobat cleanup tool v2

installed acrobat reader 11.0.6

still have same issue.

narrowed down pdf files opened network drive.

if copy pdf local drive of pc can open , "save as" successfully.

if open pdf mapped network drive, , "save as" acrobat reader crashes every time.

unfortunately our work shared network drives not our local pc's
