Digital signature has stopped working in Acrobat Pro 9

digital signature has been working years, none of pdfs allow digital signature. here error message get, can't make sense of it. application corrupted? magnify screen shot below if necessary.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
