got error ewery time try download page can stop autorenewal.

i forwarded support , should reach out soon, email address used sign forum same have formscentral subscription under?

 

also, try going page manage subscription (turn off auto-renewal):

i didn't understand "download" had stopping auto-renewal, trying do?

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action
