Sudden request for serial number; number is invalid

i using cs 6 design , web premium 18 months. last month, asked serial number , continued using on "trial" basis. looked serial number , entered it, says serial number invalid.

How to Grab email address from webform and insert into form action

Thread: "Broken" background image with Super Key
